What you’ll do

• Own project planning, resource allocation and production schedules across the studio.
• Connect creative, production, client servicing and business teams around clear priorities.
• Track scopes, budgets, dependencies and delivery quality; surface issues early.
• Build practical review processes for hybrid live-action, AI, animation and post-production work.
• Develop the team and help the founder shape a sustainable production culture.

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading a film, animation, advertising or creative production team.
• Strong production judgment, commercial awareness and clear communication.
• The ability to protect the creative idea while making delivery decisions.
• Curiosity about generative workflows and the discipline to evaluate them in production.
