Creative Director

Lead the creative direction of films, campaigns and imagined worlds, from the first idea to the final frame.

What you’ll do

• Develop distinctive concepts, treatments and visual directions rooted in the brief.
• Guide writers, filmmakers, designers and AI artists toward one coherent creative intent.
• Review storyboards, performances, generated imagery, edits and sound with a filmmaker’s eye.
• Present and defend creative decisions clearly to clients and collaborators.
• Help the studio build a body of work with emotional clarity and a recognisable point of view.

• Confident command of storytelling, visual language, performance and editorial rhythm.
