Business Development Manager

Build relationships that bring meaningful film, brand and entertainment projects to Studio Dramatic.

What you’ll do

• Identify and develop opportunities with brands, agencies, production companies and platforms.
• Understand a prospective client’s goals and translate them into a clear creative opportunity.
• Coordinate proposals, scopes and commercial discussions with the founder and production team.
• Maintain an organised pipeline with thoughtful follow-ups and accurate next steps.
• Develop repeat relationships and represent the studio’s work with clarity and confidence.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in business development, partnerships or client servicing in a relevant creative business.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to qualify opportunities and communicate realistic delivery expectations.
• An interest in film, advertising and the possibilities of hybrid AI production.
