What you’ll do

• Develop visual directions, keyframes, character studies, environments and motion tests from scripts and creative briefs.
• Build repeatable workflows for character, costume, product and world consistency across shots.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, designers, editors and VFX artists to carry one visual intent through production.
• Iterate quickly while documenting prompts, references, seeds, source material and finishing decisions.
• Prepare generated material for compositing, animation, editing and client review, with careful attention to provenance and usage rights.

What you’ll bring

• A strong portfolio demonstrating composition, lighting, colour, cinematic taste and visual continuity—not only tool familiarity.
• Hands-on experience with contemporary image or video generation workflows and traditional image-finishing tools.
• The ability to analyse references, art-direct iterations and explain why one frame works better than another.
• Patience for continuity, clean asset organisation and production feedback.
• Curiosity about emerging tools alongside sound judgment about consent, copyright, likeness and disclosure.
