Accounts Manager

Own the financial operations, reporting rhythm and commercial discipline behind Studio Dramatic’s work.

What you’ll do

• Own invoicing, receivables, payables, expense controls and project-level financial tracking.
• Maintain a dependable cash-flow view and prepare clear monthly management reports.
• Coordinate payroll records, vendor documentation and statutory filing inputs with the studio’s external finance and compliance partners.
• Work with production and client teams on estimates, purchase orders, billing milestones and collections.
• Improve practical finance processes without slowing down creative production.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience managing accounts or finance operations in a growing company, agency or production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, billing cycles and financial controls.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and accounting software, with close attention to accuracy and documentation.
• The confidence to follow up on payments, clarify discrepancies and communicate financial information simply.
• Good judgment with confidential information and a calm, accountable working style.
